2. User Accounts (Optional) You may create an account to personalize your experience. All account data is stored locally in your browser. We don't collect or store anything server-side. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We're not liable if your little brother logs in and nukes your settings.
3. Content Disclaimer All games and assets are provided for educational and entertainment purposes. If any content violates your school's policies, we recommend using Stealth Mode or MiniChrome. We do not host or own the games—links may point to external sources.
4. Privacy We do not collect personal data. Your settings, login info, and preferences are stored locally. For more info on browser storage, consult your browser's documentation or ask your local tech wizard.
5. Modifications Emerson reserves the right to update, break, or memeify the launcher at any time. Features may be added, removed, or replaced with cursed toggles like “Enable Quantum Rendering.”
6. Liability We are not responsible for lost progress, broken saves, or emotional damage caused by “World's Hardest Game.” Use responsibly. Don't blame us if you rage-quit Geometry Dash.
7. Community & Conduct Be chill. No harassment, spam, or toxic behavior. If you join the Discord, follow the server rules. Violators may be banned or sent to the config dungeon.
8. Experimental Features Some features (like RGB Mode, Turbo Mode, or Fake BIOS Boot) are purely cosmetic. They may do nothing. Or everything. Or summon config chaos. You've been warned.
